where i'm at, um, yeah.

so i hardly keep this pitas updated, because i barely have enough time or energy to work on my regular site let alone wander digital space in search of intelligent life at my leisure. i'm in the middle of writing position papers for my oral exams so i can matriculate to that coveted status of ABD -- all but dissertation, & and working for a professor whose notable lack of skills (these would be: creating a syllabus, a reader, preparation, lecture, et cetera) or interest in teaching leaves me with the burden of responsiblity without the authority. argh. on top of this, i'm presenting at two different conferences this spring & trying to finish two different zines (my personal zine called slander & the compilation zine called ...race riot). so i'd advise you to cruise over to my regular site to read my journal, articles, essays & punk planet columns.
